The National Tourism Administration of Georgia is participating in the FITUR-2024 international tourism exhibition in Madrid, Spain.
As the National Tourism Administration of Georgia reported, the head of the Agency, Maia Omiadze, is attending the exhibition. The Department of Tourism and Resorts of Adjara and the private sector are also represented at the international tourist exhibition.
"The National Tourism Administration of Georgia is presented with a national stand at one of the largest international tourist exhibitions in Spain. Representatives of the private sector are also participating with us and are establishing business relations with international tour operators. The exhibition will last 5 days and we have the opportunity to promote our country and establish business relations. We have the meetings with the international media platforms, such as the National Geographic, as well as airlines and tourism companies. I think this exhibition will be very successful and will attract many international travelers to Georgia", - Maia Omiadze stated.
Visitors to the Georgian stand at the FITUR-2024 have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Georgian tourism products and image videos.
The FITUR-2024 is one of the largest tourism exhibitions in the world, where more than 9 thousand companies from more than 130 countries are represented. This year, the Madrid Tourist Exhibition has approximately 136,000 visitors.
