Top honor for Georgian wines—at the Mondial des Vins Extrêmes 2026 in Italy, Badagoni wines claimed three "Grand Gold Medals"
At the Mondial des Vins Extrêmes 2026 (Cervim) international wine competition held in Italy, Badagoni Winery wines were the only entries from Georgia to claim the top honor—the Grand Gold Medal (Gran Medaglia d'Oro / Big Gold Medal). The wines that earned the Big Gold Medal are:
• MUKUZANI
• SAPERAVI RESERVE
• KAKHETIAN NOBLE WHITE
In addition, two more Badagoni wines were awarded gold medals:

The international wine competition held in Italy brought together 432 wineries and 1,175 wines from 22 countries. The jury, comprised of 55 international experts, awarded a total of 84 Grand Gold Medals and 295 Gold Medals.
Notably, just days earlier at the prestigious Mundus Vini international competition in Germany, Badagoni wines claimed six gold medals.
