“Today, the global business process outsourcing industry is already familiar well with Georgia as one of the successful countries in this direction, and large companies in this field are increasingly actively considering Georgia as an investment destination,” – the Head of the Enterprise Georgia Agency, Mikheil Khidureli, said at the international exhibition Customer Engagement Summit in London.
According to him, the active work of the agency contributed to the creation of the industry in the country and the successful presentation of Georgia in the global BPO market.
"The field of business process outsourcing is one of the fastest growing services in Georgia today. We already have several large international representatives of this industry in the country, who are expanding year by year and employing more and more people. However, we actively continue negotiations with other large companies, and the meetings held in London served that purpose, the concrete results of which we will have in the near future," - Mikheil Khidureli said.
The Customer Engagement Summit is one of the largest events in the IT and outsourcing sector, where representatives of the world's largest companies gather every year. This year, about 3000 high-ranking delegates attended the event. More than 50 company representatives attended the Enterprise Georgia Agency presentation. The meetings held within the framework of the exhibition were attended by high-ranking persons and experts in the field.
