According to the Minister, the goal is to increase the awareness of Georgian winter resorts, because the event will be widely covered in the international media.
"The International Ski Federation, as a result of our high-level organization, has decided to arrange the World Cup stages in Georgia every year. This year, the first stage will be held in Bakuriani soon, then in Gudauri in February. Of course, this high-level event in Georgia will be covered at the world level and will increase the awareness of our winter resorts. It will bring even more tourists with high purchasing power to our country. Of course, all this is done for the dynamic development of our tourism," said Davitashvili.
