In the II quarter of 2022, services were provided to 311 customers. The number of producers and resellers, from whom products were purchased for further sale, amounted to 587 units, while the average monthly number of employees in cold storage facilities was determined by 1,267 people.

In addition, during the II quarter of 2022, 75.1 thousand tons of products were stored (placed) in cold storage units; 45.9% of them were - chicken meat (including frozen), 13.1% - fruits and vegetables, 15.7% - meat and meat products (including semi-finished products, except for chicken meat) ), 13.7% - fish, and the rest of the products with an insignificant share. 

In the II quarter of 2022, 15.1% of the total volume of products stored in cold storage farms was self-produced, 17.9% was purchased for further sale, and 67.0% was the volume of products stored in the form of services. In the same period, the income received in the form of services amounted to GEL 5.0 million.  

In the II quarter of 2022, 18.5 thousand tons of products worth of GEL 132.0 mln. were stored in cold storage farms, out of which, in terms of value, imported products accounted for 14.8%, self-produced products - 31.2%, and purchased (local) products - 54.1%.

In addition, during the reporting period, 57.4% of the total volume of self-produced products sold by cold storage facilities was chicken meat. In the same period, chicken meat (including frozen) (44.7%), cattle meat and meat products (including semi-finished products) (26.6%) and fish (14.3%) accounted for a significant share of the total value of imported products sold by cold storage farms. In the reporting period, the value of products sold by cold storage farms in foreign countries amounted to GEL 35.0 million, which is 26.5% of the total value of products sold in the same period. Fruits, vegetables, chicken and fish are mainly sold.
