
The Georgian Deputy Economy Minister Irakli Nadareishvili said the domestic startup ecosystem was growing, competitive and takes a worthy place on the global map of innovative projects.
“The development of the ecosystem is one of the important priorities for the Georgian Government,” - Irakli Nadareishvili stated at the award ceremony hosted by the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency’s grant programme.
The awards revealed 20 winners of the GEL 150,000 ($57,583) grant at the anniversary 10th edition of the programme.
Wowchy, Botfleet.ai, KIKLIKO, Tlancer, Indie, Coinswap.ge, Artisio, Pseudo-Proteins, Tripcamp, Wempler, GEPARTS AI, MedMundus, iGrove, Storeal, Accounter, Happykids, Agronnect, Pharmaco, Spinom.co and Alchemists were named as winning projects.
They were selected by an investment committee composed of international venture investors Martin Ringlein, Luke Kowalski, Tim Wagner, Bill Reichert and Sacha Michaud.
