2. LLC Bolero & Company- Company registration date: 14/11/2012.- Its General Director is Irakli Bekauri, and the Sole Director is David Bochorishvili.- 100% of the company's shares are owned by Vakhtang Karichashvili.

3. LLC Askaneli Brothers- Company registration date: 11/06/1998.- The director of the wine-producing company is Irakli Uglava, and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Gocha Chkhaidze.- 45% of the company's shares are owned by LLC Askaneli Winery & Distiller, and 55% by Gocha Chkhaidze.
