The Business Association of Georgia responds to the Tbilisi Silk Road Forum with a statement.
"It is an honor for the Business Association of Georgia to financially support the Tbilisi Silk Road Forum, because such a communication platform always attracts the attention of international investment groups and companies. It should be noted that Georgia, due to its geographical location, can play an important role in the development of transcontinental trade relations, however, in order to present these opportunities, it is necessary to see the global picture, which is possible only at forums of a similar scale.
It is important that within the framework of the forum, issues related to trade, e-commerce development, tourism and energy, as well as financial technologies, transport and logistics infrastructure are discussed, which allows the participants to identify joint partnership projects.
That is why the Business Association of Georgia is a sponsor and partner of the Silk Road, because we believe that the association's member companies, businesses operating in Georgia, have an excellent opportunity to attract investments, which in turn is a necessary prerequisite for creating new jobs and economic progress.
We hope that the Tbilisi Silk Road Forum will create new opportunities for our state and the business sector, which will positively affect the country's economic stability and development," - the statement said.
