
Tbilisi's residential real estate market continued to show mixed trends in May 2025, according to TBC Capital’s latest report. A total of 3,304 apartments were sold in the capital during the month, marking a 5% increase compared to May 2024. The average sale price per square meter rose by 6%, reaching USD 1,266.
Despite rising sales prices, rental rates declined significantly. The average rental price fell by 12% year-on-year to USD 10.6 per m².
