The primary Christmas tree and New Year’s illuminations were officially unveiled on Rustaveli Avenue.

In a statement, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze emphasized, “New Year is a cherished public holiday for all, and we are committed to ensuring that the sense of joy and happiness it brings remains undiminished for our children and fellow citizens.”

The Mayor further asserted, “Tbilisi will be the most beautiful city this New Year, with numerous festive events planned throughout the season. We will welcome the year 2025 as we deserve—celebrating new victories, with renewed hope for peace and progress.”
