Suburban projects are consisted of plots of land and integrated common recreational, sports and socialization components. The flexibility of the final product is preserved. The customers can design and plan their own house within the framework of clearly defined rules that regulate the features of the fence, roof and building.

Suburban Shankevani is the first project of this type. It’s being developed in one of the most attractive places of Saguramo - on the slope of Shankevani, near Tbilisi National Park. The site consists of 95 separate plots of land and creates all the basics for urban life. As part of the project, the road infrastructure and communications will be fully organized. The entire area from southwest to northeast is diagonally crossed by the central Park. It functionally includes recreational and socializing spaces, playground, multifunctional sports field and a tennis court. The project also includes shops for daily necessities and a small parking lot. 

An architectural-planning order has been issued for the plot of land and a detailed general plan of the area has been developed, which will regulate certain construction parameters in order to maintain the appearance of the area and create a unifying stylistic identity in the background of the massif of Saguramo broad-leaved forests and the 360-degree views of the Caucasus Mountains.

Suburban Shankevani will be completed in December 2023 and will create a whole new experience of suburban living. This project will create a precedent for distinctive Identity and a collective suburban style.
