According to the 2025 Annual Survey, a large majority of Georgians continue to support joining the European Union, the EU Delegation to Georgia reported.

74% of respondents said they would vote for EU membership today, and 80% believe it would bring more benefits than drawbacks. The EU remains Georgia’s most trusted international partner, with 67% expressing confidence in the Union. Awareness of EU support is also high, at 70%.

Beyond the statistics, many see EU membership as a path to peace, security, a better future for children, and an improved quality of life.

“These results confirm that the EU–Georgia partnership is not only political but rooted in the hopes and aspirations of Georgian society,” the Delegation stated.
