The Georgian National Tourism Administration is hosting an 8-member crew from MBC1, one of the Middle East’s most popular TV channels, as part of a media tour to promote Georgia as a travel destination.
The team from Sabah El Kheir Ya Arab has already filmed in Tbilisi, Kazbegi, Borjomi, Kutaisi, Tskaltubo, Batumi, Tsikhisdziri, and Shekvetili, capturing Georgia’s diverse landscapes, rich culture, and cuisine. They also attended the Taste Fest in Shekvetili and visited the Musicians’ Park.
“We’ve been traveling in Georgia for seven days, starting in Tbilisi. I was amazed by the cultural experience. From Borjomi’s mineral waters to the beautiful Adjara region and delicious food at the Taste Fest in Guria — Georgia is a treasure,” said Abdul Rahi, MBC1 representative. “Our audience will see the warmth, hospitality, and beauty of this country.”
The crew will continue filming in Tsalka, Dashbashi Canyon, and Kakheti, including Nafareuli, Tsinandali, and Lopota Lake. They are producing three television episodes about Georgia, set to air on MBC1, reaching millions of viewers across the Middle East.
