In January-February 2022, $ 72.6 million worth of passenger cars were re-exported from Georgia. While within the same period last year, passenger cars worth $ 49.9 million were exported with a 45.5%- increase.

The list of the top-10 countries, where passenger cars were re-exported from Georgia in 2022, is as follows:

Azerbaijan - $ 40.7 million (4,601 units);
Kazakhstan - $ 7.4 million (935 units);
Ukraine - $ 6.8 million (1,101 units);
Belgium - $ 3.4 million (63 units);
Kyrgyzstan - $ 2. 6 million (423 units);
Armenia - $ 2.1 million (365 units);
Russia - $ 1.7 million (209 units);
The United Arab Emirates - $ 1. 4 million (23 units);
Tajikistan - $ 1.3 million (213 units);
Moldova - $ 1.1. Million USD (142 units).

To be informed, according to the foreign trade statistics for January-February 2022, within the first two months of this year, Georgia exported $ 760.4 million worth of goods abroad. Exports increased by a total of 54.5% this year. Georgia's main exports include copper ores and concentrates (exceeding $ 156 million in 2022), followed by ferroalloys and light vehicles.
