Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze stated that strengthening the country’s transit and connectivity functions remains one of the government’s key priorities. He made these remarks during a ceremony marking the completion of the Rikoti highway.

According to the Prime Minister, the Rikoti project is of particular significance in advancing these objectives. He emphasized that Georgia requires development and rapid progress, noting that the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects is the most effective means of achieving these goals.

Expressing appreciation to all those involved in the project’s implementation, Prime Minister Kobakhidze congratulated them on the successful completion of what he described as a unique and important achievement.
