The President of the National Bank of Georgia, Koba Gvenetadze, spoke with Kronika about the issue concerning the possibility for Georgian citizens living in Russia to transfer money to Georgia against the background of the sanctions imposed on Russia.
"A number of companies that were engaged in this activity have left the country, but there are companies that are still working in this direction. People, who used to send remittances to their relatives in Georgia, will be able to transfer money through these companies, which are still operating in these regions," – Koba Gvenetadze said.
