In 2022, Georgia's top trading partner by imports was Germany, from where potatoes worth 1,114,840 USD (1,224 tons) were imported. Russia ranked 2nd in terms of the amount, but 1st in terms of quantity, from where potatoes (3,794 tons) worth $1,000,270 were imported. Belarus ranked 3rd with $750,290 (2,728 tons).
In 2023, 8,435 tons of potatoes worth $2,271,680 were imported into Georgia from Russia, 8,050 tons worth $2,177,790 from Belarus and 80 tons worth $1,185,330 - from Germany.
