Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze expressed concern over what he described as the global influence of the "Deep State," pointing specifically to developments in Europe and the United States.

“The influence of the Deep State globally is concerning. You can see the direction in which it has driven European bureaucracy. We are witnessing troubling trends in Europe, and similar patterns have been evident in the U.S. over the past four years,” Kobakhidze stated.

He went on to express hope that both U.S. and European institutions would be able to overcome such influence:
“We hope that the U.S. and European bureaucracies will eventually free themselves from the grip of the Deep State. Let’s wait and see how events unfold.”
