Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has expressed deep sorrow over the recent Jeju Air plane crash at Muan Airport, South Korea.

“I learned with great sadness and sorrow the tragic crash of the Jeju Air plane at Muan Airport in South Korea today.

On behalf of the Georgian people and government of Georgia I wish to extend our deepest condolences to the families of the deceased.

Georgia stands in solidarity with South Korea and shares the grief of the Korean people in this time of sadness,” the PM wrote.
