On the instructions of the Health Minister of Georgia, an action plan for the implementation of the recommendations is being prepared, which sets out concrete steps to improve the quality and availability of medicines. 

The members of the group agreed that one of the first steps to be taken is the introduction of electronic prescriptions. According to the Health Minister, the recommendations developed by the Competition Agency will contribute to further transparency of the pharmaceutical market.
