“Despite the opposition of the Georgian people, Russia has landed its unwelcome flight in Tbilisi,” Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili tweeted, hash-tagging her post with the words “No to flights to Russia.”
President Zourabichvili responded to the landing of the Russian plane of Azimuth Airline, which this afternoon carried out the first Moscow-Tbilisi flight following the resumption of direct flights between Russia and Georgia.
