"The National Archives keeps various materials about the outstanding public figure. The multimedia exhibition combines the photos, letters, autographs, audio recordings and fragments from the documentary film "Konstantine Gamsakhurdia" about the writer preserved in the archives.

A Georgian writer, translator, doctor of philosophy, academician of the Georgian Academy of Sciences, Konstantine Gamsakhurdia was born on May 15, 1893 (according to another version, in 1891) in the village of Old Abasha [Dzveli Abasha].
