NCDC: Flu vaccination to be free for all Georgian citizens from the age of six months until December 1

“From the age of six months, all citizens of Georgia will be able to get the flu vaccine free of charge until December 1, - the National Center for Disease Control reports.
According to the Head of the National Center, Amiran Gamkrelidze, citizens can apply to local polyclinics to get the four-component SANOFI PASTEUR flu vaccine.
More than 100,000 doses are left in stock. For the current season, the government has introduced 200 thousand doses of flu vaccine for risk groups. The vaccines were also purchased by the private sector.
Flu vaccination started on October 8, 2021.
