On the import side, motor cars also topped the list, with imports amounting to USD 966.4 million, representing 16.8% of total imports.
The second most imported item was somewhat unexpected — paintings, drawings, and pastels executed entirely by hand, with imports totaling USD 481.2 million (8.4% of imports).
Petroleum and petroleum oils ranked third, with USD 396.5 million in imports (6.9% of the total).
