Among the countries where milk is the cheapest, Georgia is in 93rd place among 107 countries and milk costs $1.87 (about GEL 4.85); Russia ranks 28th in this ranking. In our northern neighbor, milk costs $1.01 (about GEL 2.65); Turkey ranks 24th ($0.95, about GEL 2.45); Azerbaijan – 55th ($1.22, approximately GEL 3.15); Armenia – 66th ($1.39, about GEL 3.60).
According to Numbeo data, milk price is highest in Lebanon - $5.49 (approximately GEL 414.30). Out of 107 countries worldwide, milk price is lowest in Tunisia - $0.44 (about GEL 1.15).
