Memorandum of Understanding signed between Georgian Crystal and German Sparkassenstiftung

The memorandum is implemented within the framework of the project on how to increase access to finance for sustainable development of small and micro entrepreneurs in the South Caucasus and Ukraine and aims to provide sustainable and responsible financial services to Crystal's small and micro entrepreneurial clients.

As part of the partnership, the German Sparkasenstiftung will provide technical support to Crystal and help it strengthen its institutional capacity and develop staff skills.

The project mainly covers risk management and environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, raising ESG risk awareness and compliance with international standards of the ESG reports and the requirements set by the National Bank of Georgia. Both international and local experts will be invited to work on these topics at Crystal.
