According to her, the pre-election period is difficult and critical in all countries; However, Georgia, unfortunately, is very polarized during this period. In the interview, Kaljurand also talks about eavesdropping on the EU ambassador and says that Brussels will not leave it unanswered. Kaljurand also discussed the role of Mikheil Saakashvili in Georgian politics and noted that he should do his best to decrease polarization in Georgia, while not allowing provocations.
