During a Thursday briefing, Mamuka Mdinaradze, the parliamentary majority leader and executive secretary of the Georgian Dream party, emphasized the importance of investigating actions related to events after 2012.
Mdinaradze stated, “The actions of the opposition agents are a continuation of what they have been doing in recent years.” He further explained, “They have persistently sought to undermine or violently alter Georgia’s constitutional order, employing various methods. Even after 2012, they have been involved in numerous anti-state activities that demand proper legal evaluation and response.”
He added that a new decision would extend the investigation to cover the entire period from 2003 to the present, ensuring that all relevant events are thoroughly examined.
