Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced that a lawsuit will be filed with the Constitutional Court in October, aiming to declare all political parties affiliated with the collective National Movement unconstitutional.
Speaking to journalists, Kobakhidze emphasized that the move is part of a legitimate democratic process.
"In October, a lawsuit will be filed regarding the declaration of all parties associated with the collective National Movement unconstitutional," he stated. "This is a democratic process, and the lawsuit will certainly be submitted to the Constitutional Court."
