“We have to wait for the Commission assessment. We can not anticipate what the Commission is going to say, said Josep Borrell, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy ahead of the Third European Political Community Summit in Spain.
“I was in Georgia some days ago. I can say my visit was a good push for the development of a stronger process. I am optimistic but I cannot say what the assessment will be,” Borrell said.
