
The Georgian Health Ministry has announced that Rukhi Republican Hospital has received a donation of advanced medical equipment, made possible through support from the Japanese government. The donated devices will enhance the hospital's capabilities across therapeutic, neurological, and cardiological departments.
Deputy Health Minister Tea Giorgadze visited the hospital to tour its various departments and personally inspect the new equipment. She was joined by Japanese Deputy Ambassador Gosuke Horiguchi during the visit.
Giorgadze expressed her appreciation to the Japanese government for its continued support, highlighting the critical role Rukhi Republican Hospital plays in delivering healthcare services to residents of Georgia’s temporarily occupied territories. She also underscored the importance of Japan as “one of Georgia’s most reliable partners in the healthcare sector.”
