The workshop, chaired by the Prime Minister, touched upon 40 investment proposals, which include the development of new tourist facilities across the country, as well as industrial and logistics projects.

The most attractive offers in terms of investment will be selected from the proposals considered and work will begin on their design.

It was noted during the workshop that all regions where there is potential for the development of new tourist attraction centers have been identified. For example, the arrangement of tourist infrastructure in Samshvilde, as well as the development of a new resort in Racha-Lechkhumi, Kvemo Svaneti region and the potential for the emergence of new tourist services in the vicinity of the country's cultural heritage monuments were mentioned.

According to the Prime Minister, the new investment offers will stimulate investors' interest in investing in the Georgian tourism, which will be reflected in the creation of new jobs, equal economic development of the regions and the well-being of the population.
