The introduction of mandatory certification for agricultural crops in Georgia has been postponed.
Reportedly, decree was supposed to come into effect on June 1, 2024, but in a government resolution, this date has been changed to January 1, 2025.
Mandatory certification will apply to grain crops, vegetables, garden plants, fodder crops, and fruit trees.
