Ghida Fakhry has more than 25 years of experience in cooperation with the world's leading television stations. He was the host and executive producer of TRT World's flagship American political programs (Inside America with Ghida Fakhry, Bigger than Five). Over the past two decades, Ghida Fakhry has moderated high-profile panels featuring world leaders, Nobel laureates, leading economists, politicians, human rights activists and renowned artists.
Fakhry has chaired high-level panels at important events such as the World Economic Forum in Davos and South Africa, as well as the World Summit of Nobel Peace Prize Laureates, among others.
Ghida Fakhry holds an MA in International Relations from Boston University and an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
The Tbilisi Silk Road Forum, founded in 2015 by the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Gharibashvili, is being held in Georgia for the fourth time and is particularly important for the political and economic integration of Georgia with different countries of the world and global economies.
Within the framework of the forum, thematic sessions on trade, transport, energy, tourism, digital and financial technologies are planned; the sessions on Georgia's investment opportunities and bilateral business meetings will be also held.
