Georgian Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture Otar Shamugia, within the framework of his working visit to Shanghai, visited the Georgian stand at the ProWine Shanghai exhibition and met with representatives of Georgian companies.

During 2023, with the support of the National Wine Agency, Georgian wine producers participated in the largest exhibition in China - The 108th China Food&Drinks Fair; A large-scale seminar/tasting of Georgian wine was held in Hong Kong; Georgian wine educational program and training was held, which was led by Master of Wine Debra Meiburg.
Georgian wine was presented at the exhibition China Food & Drinks Fair 109 held in the city of Shenchen. By the end of this year, Georgian wine companies will participate in the Georgian wine master class in Shanghai, and Georgian wine will be presented at a tasting in Hainan Island.
The National Wine Agency of Georgia cooperates with the marketing companies Meiburg Wine Media and the Georgian Wine Promotion Center (China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries Corporation Limited) to implement the Georgian wine marketing campaign on the Chinese market.
