„In this new geopolitical era, Georgia made a very clear message to us: it is only EU membership that Georgia considers to be strong enough for long-term peace, stability and prosperity,“ - the EU Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Olivér Várhelyi wrote.
As Várhelyi stated, the EU is ready to deliver on this message.
"I am here to tell you that we are ready to deliver on this message," Várhelyi said.
