According to the data of the National Bank of Georgia, in November 2023, the import of goods to Georgia decreased by 7.6% annually.
The decrease in the import of goods was mainly caused by the reduced import rate of intermediate goods. The import of consumer and investment goods increased moderately.
In the same month, the registered export of goods decreased by 1.8% annually.
The decrease in the export of goods was largely caused by the reduced export rate of intermediate goods, while the export of consumer goods increased significantly.
There was no significant change in official international reserves in November, they slightly increased compared to the previous month and amounted to 5.1 billion US dollars.
