In January-October, imports from Russia to Georgia increased by 74%

The total value of products imported from Russia to Georgia in January-October 2022, compared to the same period last year ($813,516.9), increased by $602,451,000 to $1,415,976,000. The change was 74.1%.
This is announced in the preliminary report of the National Statistics Office of Georgia (GEOSTAT) on external trade within the period of January-October 2022.
The largest commodity groups imported from Russia to Georgia are: oil and oil products, wheat or wheat and rye flour, coke and semi-coke, oil gases and other gaseous hydrocarbons, wheat and meslin.
