In January-November 2023, Georgia's external trade turnover in goods (without undeclared trade) was $19,626.4 million, which is 14.7 percent more than the corresponding indicator of the previous year.
According to the data published by the National Statistics Office of Georgia (GEOSTAT), out of this, the export volume amounted to $5 584.3 mln (increased by 11.1 percent), while the import volume - $14,042.1 million (increased by 16.3 percent). The trade deficit in January-November 2023 amounted to $8,457.8 million, which is 43.1 percent of external trade turnover.
