According to the head of government, the economic growth in January-February was 16.3%, which is very gratifying, but it needs to be maintained.
"That is why I am talking about these projects, such as economic accelerators, or especially investments in the field of energy. That's why we need very unified, coordinated and active work so that no project lags behind. In January-February, the economic activity increased in both industry and services. I would also like to inform the public that in January-February, exports increased by 54% and amounted to $ 760 million. We should also say that significant recovery trends have been observed in the field of tourism and, consequently, revenues received from tourism have increased,"- Irakli Gharibashvili stated.
