In 8 months, Georgia’s international tourism revenue up by 34.7% - Galt & Taggart

In January-August 2023, Georgia received $2.9 billion from international tourist visits.
According to the Galt & Taggart Weekly Review, compared to the same period in 2022, tourism revenue has increased by 34.7%.
Only in August, the revenue received from the tourism sector amounted to $550 million, which is a 5.2% annual increase.
As for the National Tourism Administration of Georgia, the agency has only published the data for January-June, according to which Georgia received $1,804,529,935 in income from international travel (tourism).
