"We have to allocate 100 million GEL from the budget and we will start preparations for the festival. A ski racing field will be organized in Bakuriani. An ice palace will be built in Tbilisi and other new infrastructure will be added to the capital city and Bakuriani. 25 million GEL has already been allocated this year. In total, it will cost us 100 million GEL to organize this festival", said Irakli Gharibashvili.
