In January-February 2022, i.e. before international sanctions were imposed against Russia due to its invasion of Ukraine, products worth 167.7 million US dollars were re-exported from Georgia, and in the same period of 2023, when all sanctions against Russia were already in effect, products worth 361.3 million US dollars were exported.
