This year, the export from Georgia by road has doubled. In particular, according to the data published by the National Statistics Office of Georgia (GEOSTAT), in January-May 2023, products worth $1,651 billion were exported from the country, compared to 820,825 million US dollars in the same period last year.
As for imports, this year, in 5 months, products worth $2,821 billion entered Georgia by road, in the same period of 2022 – those worth $2,308 billion.
