According to the PMC Research Center, hotel prices in Georgia rose by 6.6% in July 2025 compared to the previous month. The steepest monthly increases were observed in Guria (23%), Adjara (11%), and Tbilisi (6%).

On a yearly basis:

• Prices for 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels decreased by 1.3%

• Family-type hotel prices rose by 6.8%

• The overall hotel price index remained unchanged compared to July 2024

Average hotel prices in July 2025:

• Family-type hotel: 116 GEL

• 3-star hotel: 171 GEL

• 4-star hotel: 254 GEL

• 5-star hotel: 517 GEL

The highest average 5-star hotel prices were recorded in:

• Guria – 674 GEL

• Kakheti – 594 GEL

• Adjara – 540 GEL
