The National Environment Agency of Georgia has reported that heavy rains, accompanied by potential thunderstorms, hailstorms, and strong winds, are anticipated in several regions on September 17.

“These heavy rains may lead to the swelling of small rivers and could activate or exacerbate landslide processes across Georgia, placing many areas in a medium threat zone,” - the Agency warned.
