
Avtandil Kasradze, the chairman of the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency, and the agency's representatives hosted the Israeli ambassador to Georgia, Hadas Meitzadi, in the Tbilisi Technopark.
At the meeting, Avtandil Kasradze introduced the new directions of GITA 2.0 and government priorities to the guests. The parties discussed opportunities for joint cooperation, especially in terms of agritechnologies. In the near future, with the funding of the Israeli government, a visit of the Georgian delegation to Israel is planned, which will unite Georgian startups and universities with the GITA. The purpose of the visit is to share experience in the innovation ecosystem. At the meeting, the possibility of partnership to ensure joint participation in Horizon Europe was also discussed.
