German businessmen from the fields of industry, infrastructure and tourism are taking part in a planned visit as part of a market research program supported by the German federal government. It should be noted that a large part of the existing trade and economic relations between Georgia and Germany is associated with these branches of industry. At the same time, these sectors play an important role in Georgia's aspiration to get closer to the European Union, which Germany supports both politically and economically.

During the visit to Tbilisi and Kakheti region, the delegation members will have meetings with the representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure, the Municipal Development Fund and other organizations. In addition, an economic forum will be held to establish ties between businessmen of both countries. The program of the visit also includes visiting the Georgian businessmen and getting acquainted with specific projects.
