German Ambassador to Georgia, Peter Fischer, has stated that he recently spoke with the German Minister of State for Europe, who expressed concern about Georgia’s current trajectory.

Fischer shared this information on his social media channels.

“Good talk with German Minister of State for Europe, Gunther Krichbaum. Big concern about the direction of Georgia. Full support of the German government for me as ambassador. Of course, Germany rejects political violence. I have said so publicly in Georgia. To claim otherwise is untrue, NOT TRUE,” Fischer posted on his X page.
