Reportedly, it is noteworthy that the effective fight against corruption and the introduction of good faith are the most important factors in the process of good governance and the rule of law.

The above-mentioned Regional Anti-Corruption Platform (ACP), which aims to strengthen inter-agency and regional cooperation, was dedicated to identifying anti-corruption trends (especially in law enforcement and border management bodies), developing the events and discussing the challenges and achievements. 

During the meeting, Samson Uridia, Head of the International Relations Department of the Revenue Service, made a presentation to the forum participants to facilitate the fight against corruption, in which, on the example of Georgia, successful systematic approaches to corruption prevention of the border guards were discussed. 

The representatives of the member states of the Regional Anti-Corruption Platform (Western Balkan countries, Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova) will pay a working visit to Georgia in 2022 to get acquainted with the successful reforms carried out in the fight against state anti-corruption policy and corruption.
